My journey so far

hey people,

So I've been very active for many years now, always been sporty and spent 2 years of my life as a Professional Cricket Player so had a high level of fitness and knowledge in this subject.
I'm no longer a professional but I still play cricket but my focuses now are on my Javelin Career.
I work out 5-6 times a week very intense but short 45-50 minute workouts and am currently bulking after 2 months of cutting after being out of the gym for 4 months break from sport.
