Hello,
My name is Melodie and today I have decided to get to work on a new journey. I haven't been active on this site for some time now but I will honestly say that having someone to be accountable to has always helped.

Helo Lodiea,
Congratulations on starting your journey. I started mine (again) 4 weeks ago. I I have lost 3#s (again) and am feeling much better. I am concentrating on finding an eating style and calorie count that will help me to lose weight and keep it off. I am exercising and trying to gain muscle so I am eating a fairly large number of calories. Hopefully I will continue to lose slowly but surly. I am also fasting 16 hours a day and eating only between 11a and 7 p. This really helps me to curb my snacking. Do you have a diet and exercise plan? Do you have friends? I have a group of pretty consistent friends who keep me motivated and real-LOL.
