Wheat free diagnosis

Hi,

I've been told to stop eating wheat due to an intolerance. And feel better for it, but appear to suffer with constipation. Can anyone recommend types of fibre not containing wheat to increase my body's erm natural rhythm? Thanks

    Oatmeal? Just check to make sure the oatmeal isn't processed in a facility that could cross contaminate it with wheat.

    Lots of fruits and veggies. And dried fruits -- raisins, plums -- are supposed to be good. Along with drinking plenty of water.

    I'm entirely gluten-free due to Celiac and get my fiber from steel-cut oatmeal (I buy gluten-free), fruits and vegetables, and multi-grain and whole-grain gluten free bread products. I also buy whole husk psyllium fiber on Amazon and take that daily.
