I have had a rough 3 years and this past year in particular has been my most difficult and heartbreaking. Because of how grief-stricken I was feeling I buried myself in food.. All day and late at night. The kind of food that feels good in the moment but you regret later on that day. I made a lot of poor choices and ended up gaining a lot of weight. My goal is to lose 40 pounds... I am working out 3-5 days a week, not eating after 7pm, making healthy food choices and drinking 10-16 cups of water/day. I am always interested in new recipes (not a vegetarian but would like to find a healthy way to do it.) and would love some motivational friends.
