Calorie adjustments

today is the first day I've had 2 different calorie adjustments .. It's showing an iOS adjustment and a step adjustment... What did I do wrong?

    I don't know why but I get that adjustment every night for about 15 minutes then it goes back to the correct figure. Is it giving you like twice as many extra calories? That's what mine does. Like I said it goes back to normal eventually.
