hi. Anyone doing the 21 day fix??? Just finished my first round, getting ready to start my second round. Looking for fellow 21 fixers.

    What is the 21 day fix? I just started reading the message boards and I have heard it mentioned several times.

    Very expensive Tupperware from BeachBody. They will also try to sell you their meal replacement shakes (Shakeology).

    Basically it's a copy of Weight Watchers original exchanges program. For example if you are on 1200-1499 calories a day you get 3 green containers of veggies, 2 purple containers of fruit.....like that. It's supposed to simplify weighing & measuring.

    The info is all over Pinterest.....you can make your own containers, you don't need to pay for the set. Unless you want the workout DVDs.
