Are there any products to improve wrinkled skin

I had slight stretch marks when I was over weight, now they have shrunk to that wrinkly skin, are there any products or tips/tricks to improve the look of the skin?

I use oils and things already

    There are hundreds of products that claim to help, I think it ends up being trial and error on which one will work for you. I personally found that those spots for me look much better when they are well hydrated; I found a product that I love and have just been religious about using it (I'd share the name but I don't want to get accused of trying to sell stuff). For some people having a tan improves the look, whether it be from the sun or a bottle. I've never personally tried wraps, but I've seen some crazy before/after photos. Whatever you do just be diligent about the method you use.
