HI!

I cant seem to lose anymore weight despite trying ALL there is..

Someone of you ever tried a protein modified sparing fast?

Do you do refeeds on keto?

How do I know, If I reached my fat oxidation max?
or do I need to eat high carb no fat to raise glucose oxidation?!

Reducing carbohydrate intake increases fat oxidation. What the outcome is depends on how much fat you eat and how easy your stores give up their contents.

I see you have lost 35 kg. One day you ate 200g of fat and there are some big calorie meals in your diary - what are your dimensions and goals ?

I know that ;) but how do I know if it is a max value?
or is there no limit? I mean:: "being forever keto and working out=max muscle running on fat"?
    or something else?

yeah but since the 35kg loss there is no chance to go further down it seems;:
Lost before (where the insulin resistance was in effect) on 200 fat and 100 protein.. but now despite reverse diet, cycling macros, changing kcal and macros and everything in between I see no clue what to do next..

I will refeed now and then start a PMSF... dont know what else to do..

Maximum fat oxidation probably results from minimal carbohydrates and exercise at a moderate rate where fat oxidation is favoured over carbohydrate.

Maximum fat loss depends on how much you eat - 100 fat and 100 protein would suggest a fat loss about 100 g/day greater than eating 200 / 100 ?

150 fat / 100 protein should be ketogenic and lose ~350 g/week of fat if you are currently maintaining on 200 / 100
