Hi, I'm from Northern Ireland, near Coleraine Started on here in 2012 and am maintaining my weight loss goal for a few years....there are a few of us here
I'm no longer active here though, (apart from the forums) I don't even need to log my food any more as its become second nature for me to eat a certain amount and not gain, plus now I'm very active, before MFP I wasn't.
