How do you log the 21 day fix workouts in your exercise? What kind of exercise would that be considered?

MFP uses general categories. To get a calorie burn estimate log under cardiovascular. Just find a general category that makes sense: yoga, pilates, whatever. Calorie burns are a guess anyway.

If your workout is strictly cardio - you can use general aerobics

If your workout is a combination of cardio / strength training - you can use circuit training

If your workout is strength training - you can use strength training

The whole idea of 21 Day Fix containers is you don't need to log. If you follow the program you are within a calorie range. This is basically a rip-off of the old Weight Watchers Exchanges.

I suppose you could log 1&1/4 cups broccoli or 2 Tbl. olive oil, etc.

    Green – Vegetable container: 1 & ¼ Cups
    Purple – Fruit container: 1 & ¼ Cups
Red – Protein container: ¾ Cups
Yellow – Starches & Carbohydrates container: ½ Cup
Blue – Healthy Fats (Cheese, Nuts, Avocado) container: ¼ Cup
Orange (2x) – Seeds, Dressings and Oils container: 2 Tablespoons (Each)

You would have to create 21 Day Fix recipes in MFP (unless someone already has...and shared them). That would give you their calorie counts.
