Setting my goals/calories/activity

I am trying to figure out how many calories I should be eating. I do one hour of Crossfit or Bootcamp Mon-Fri mornings then work at a bank during the day. And I also run 3-5 miles one weekend day. Once I get home I have three young children so I don't sit down til at least 9pm. I don't have a HRM to actually track calorie burn so i thought I would just figure my activity level and not add exercise calories. Thoughts?
