I drink way more than that, but not because someone told me to.0

I probably drink around 10-12 glasses of water and 2-3 glasses of herbal/green/unsweetened black tea every day. More on cardio days.
My bladder is exhausted, but my body keeps telling me I'm thirsty so I'm gonna go with that.0
