Hello, people of MFP! I'm Sascha and I'm 19. I weigh 168 and my goal is to lose 33lbs.

In the past year (my first year of college), I left my mom's house. Things weren't going well between us. So now I live with my boyfriend and his parents. My boyfriend and I have gained so much weight because we enabled each other to use our freedom eat whatever we wanted. I ate Chinese take out for a week straight once.

I was never active in my entire life. But now I have to be! I've changed my diet and I try to get to the gym every day to do at least 30 minutes of cardio. I do weight training at home with my 5lbs Dumbbells.
