Caloriesper100GRAM in baked chicken?

there are so many choices in this app for how to calculate chicken. I make a baked chicken skinless and boneless and am wondering WHICH OF THE LISTED OPTIONS IN THIS APP to choose.

I want to choose one of options that also shows the potassium level. And a lot of the goodoptions are listed in ounces I need one that is listed in grams or I guess I could just convert

    It doesn't list potassium. You can always input an entry based on the exact USDA figures and use it.
    3.5 oz is about 99.3 grams. 165 cals/100 grams.

    Yeah look up usda values. But it depends a lot on the brand too and how much fat they leave on the breast (plus I always trim it anyway).

    Typically the brands I buy are 120 calories for 3oz cooked (all fat trimmed). If you don't trim all the fat it's typically around 140... USDA values are way higher because they only have roasted chicken breast in their database (which I guess comes from whole chickens and includes the fat).

    In general, search for "chicken broilers meat cooked" or "chicken broilers meat raw" to get the food items that track most closely with the USDA National Nutrient Database. "Broilers or fryers" are a USDA term for most chicken sold for cooking.

    In this case, search for "chicken broilers meat roasted" to narrow the search for roasted (=baked). Those entries do contain the values for potassium and a 100 gram serving size choice.
