So, I got this recipe this morning out of a children's cookbook. Pretty easy and tastes good. I used fat free sour cream and fat free cream cheese instead of the regular. I also used splenda instead of sugar. Next time I think I'll use just the reduced fat cream cheese to give it more of a "strawberry cheesecake" taste.

Makes 6 (1/4 cup) servings

8 ounces fresh or thawed frozen unsweetened strawberries
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar

1. Place strawberries in food processor or blender container; process until smooth
2. Beat cream cheese in small bowl until smooth. Stir in sour cream , strawberry puree, and sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Spoon dip into small serving bowl(s). Garnish with orange peel, if desired. Serve with assorted fresh fruit dippers or angle food cake cubes.

This didn't come with any nutritional information, but here's what I got using the fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, and splenda.... And, for once, I actually got 6 (1/4 cup) servings. :)
