Like exercise, love food!

Hi, I'm on here trying to lose a stone and a half. I like exercise but have not done it properly for about 3 years. I have put weight on steadily since 2012 and am now verging on overweight with a Bmi of 25.1
I'm a teacher and I work 7-6 plus time at home and totally out of the regular exercise routine. I also love all the bad food there is! My husband plays a bit of football but he can eat badly with little effect whereas I am naturally curvy and although I am only a UK size 10-12 I am small boned and if I don't lose weight soon I will just get bigger and bigger!
Looking to maybe make some motivation buddies in a similar position to me!
