Tight an toned help!!

does anyone know a great exercise program that tones an tightens whole body?? I just feel jiggly everywhere want to feel more tight and toned.

    Tight and toned means losing enough body fat to show the muscle underneath. So, you can have a calorie deficit and lose fat while lifting to retain muscle. Or, if you don't have fat to lose, you can eat at maintenance (or slightly over) and lift weights to build some muscle.

    Looking for a good structure lifting program such as strong curves, new rules of lifting for women, strong lift, etc... and having a small deficit is a good way to lower body fat and maintain muscle. Also, generally aim for .6-.8g of protein per lb of body weight.
