New to message boards!

Howdy everyone,
I’ve been using MyFitnessPal on and off for the past year and just started using the message board feature. My goal is to work towards a more tone body. Since November 2014, I have been lifting weights at least 3 times a week with a couple of actives of cardio each week. I have gained some muscle mass since November, but I still have a doughy physique in the abdominal region. I want to be more consistent with this app to be able to lose a couple of inches around my waist while maintaining the muscle mass I have already built.
If you have any advice towards my goal, I would love to hear it! Thank you for your time.
