Calorie rich food help ?

    Full fat dairy, cook in oils/butter, bread, pasta, etc.

    On days I can't get myself to eat, I fall back on my two basics: liquid calories (chocolate milk, smoothies, coffee with lots of creamer) and (protein) bars. I only drink soy, so a 200 ml glass is about 130 calories, and a protein bar I really enjoy the taste of is 200 calories. I have a variety of bars in my cupboard ranging from 140 calories to about 400. I can make it to my goal on those :smile:
