Asian Scrambled Eggs (low carb/simple)

1 egg
2 egg whites

scramble until just starting to firm. Add

1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp low sodium soy/tamari
3 tsp sesame seeds

Cook to desired firmness.

Optional: scramble in some onion or add 1/4 tsp onion powder when it is done.
