Sardines, an apple and some cheese, handful of almonds, half a whole wheat mini bagel with a smear of cream cheese and smoked salmon.0

I got hooked on gorging on veggies while on Nutrisystem so my fav is to cook up a big bowl of sliced yellow and zucchini squash (fresh or frozen work for me) and a can of italian diced tomatoes. Also half (ok sometimes a whole:) spaghetti squash with ICBINB, Nu Salt (potassium chloride), and fresh ground pepper. If I have any Wasa Bread I like it with Laughing Cow light cheese too but that can add the calories fast. I used to sit and eat Saltines with margarine on them for a midnight snack...so got better about that...lol0
