Started a weight loss journey last year and lost 60lbs and reached my goal weight of 135. Im only 5'2" so i want to start losing weight agai. I'm at 132 now, my new goal is 115. I need advice for healthy, low cal meals and snacks as im in college and i work so i dont have time for much else.

Welcome back. You're on the last leg of your journey. Clearly you already know what you're doing, so keep doing it!
Snacks can be as easy as picking up a bag of baby carrots from the cooler at the grocery store. I get one of those and when I get the urge to go to the vending machine for a candy bar, force myself to drink some water and eat a handful of carrot sticks. I realize afterwards that I didn't really need that candy bar.0 -
Congrats on your losses so far! There are a lot of recipes in the recipe forum. I find batch cooking works to save time.0
