i am starting my weight loss journey and I realized my weakness is SUGAR. Wha are some ways to resist the urge or even curb the cravings?

    Eat more fats, oils, protein, fiber. Get full fat salad dressing. Use real butter. Veggies like kale, broccoli, yellow squash, eggplant, green beans.
