Plateaus

Two years ago I lost 35 pounds and 22% body fat. Went through many plateaus along the way some days some weeks. Now I am holding average weight and am fit.
However what am I gonna have to do for 5 more pounds? Stuck here for nearly a year. My diet is pretty clean enough for me to sustain as lifestyle. Is the solution Hiit or really exerting myself on weights or both?

    Judging from your diary, I can see a few skipped days and odd measurements like 'tbsp', 'x serving', 'x bar', 'cups'.

    I think a good starting point would be tighten up your logging. It's not entirely accurate.
