d.i.y shake and bake or cook in bags help?

Hi,

I love the continental cook in bag garlic and herb with chicken breast but when I look at the ingredients some of them I have no idea what they are and I would like to make them from scratch.

Does anyone know any easy cook in bag or shake and bake recipes?
