Hey guys, I recently got down to 60 kilos on another app, but decided to join up to myfitnesspal instead.
I kind of went crazy on food intake this past month cause of university and changing the app, and i gained three kilos, and I'm wondering if anyone has any useful tips on ignoring food cravings or what to do with food cravings?
Also, any tips to lose weight 'easier'?
