Gnc lean 25 side effects

In the optifast program had no side effects (side effects meaning frequently going to the bathrooom #2)but the cost was killing me now that my hours at work got cut... I decided to try the vanilla and chocolate samples of gnc lean25 and though I disliked the taste it kept me full with no side effects...I decided to buy 3 big canisters (caught them on sale recently on their website for $21 each) of vanilla,cookies and cream,and orange ...cookies and cream makes me go to the bathroom (#2 ) twice but with orange cream oh-my-gosh!!let's just say I'm glad was off on monday...anyone experience these side effects?
