Sweating for the wedding Sept 2015

Anyone else trying to blast off those last 5 pounds in the month before the big day? Any tips for toning as well as losing weight? What not-crazy but strict habits have you adopted? Despite a lot of the hype around mini-meals, I'm finding success on 3 square and clean meals a day, no snacks (except for the odd day that I have to go way too long between meals). Also working HARD at least 4 days a week at the gym and fitting in more walks. Anyone else out there in my boat?
