Sort of new to the app

i have been using my fitness for over a year on and off but for the past two weeks I have been more serious about it. I have missed a day here or there but I get right back on it. I have chronic back pain and I have started an anti inflammatory diet and I am hoping it works. I am concentrating on intake, activity and disposal I guess you can say. We all know, No BM = no weight loss, gotta throw the garbage out lol.

So tell me has this worked for you?

    I'm kidding.

    MFP HAS worked by helping me keep accountable and making me more aware of what and how much I'm eating. I have a nearly 800 day login streak, and have lost more than 70 pounds AND (the best part) kept it off for over a year. If you do it right, MFP definitely works. You've got this!
