Hey guys, right, I used the app for about 3 months and was starting to show results but real slow results compared to my expactations. I therefore hit myself into a sort of relapse and ate myself stupid for the last 10 weeks
feeling like a total pig now, tired aching n generally don't feel great in myself I took a step and saw my doctor. To my suprise my doctor absolutely recommended this app, but checked how I used it before has asked me to reduce my daily goal from 2100 to 1800. It's going to be tough but I'm finally motivated to do it. All I need now is some friends on here to support my journey!
