Quick! How do I log this?!

Okay, so I'm about to do a twenty minute Denise Austin workout and I'm confused what to log it under. Most of her workouts are pretty simple and I classify them as aerobics, but this one is slightly more intense and is focused on kickboxing. When I type "Kickboxing" into MFP I get two options "Judo, karate, kickboxing, tae kwon do" or kickboxing (including turbo jam.)" It says I burn around 310 calories in 20 minutes for both of those options. If I classify it as aerobics, it says I'll burn 197 calories. Now, I know that MFP almost always overestimates the amount of calories burned, and I try not to eat back my exercise calories burned (with the exception of today because I'm going to have an ice cream sandwich so I'm stealing some calories from those I burned doing 30DS.) I would just like to be at least slightly accurate.
Let me know how you would log it.
