Hi everyone. Just started using the app, am stuck on a plateau and am going to start watching calories. I cycle almost everyday. Try to do a long ride on the weekends. Did a 32 miler last weekend. Use Map My Ride for tracking. My "odometer" in the app just rolled over 4,000 miles. Been stuck on the same weight for about 6 weeks.
