Help me loose my love handles!

Hi guys so I am after some advice. After letting my fitness and weight slide after my second child I've decided to get my *kitten* back in to shape.

I'm currently F5'11 and 182lbs following the IIFYM diet of eating 2089 calories a day 155g protein 208g carbs and 70g of fat.

I am really looking for someone to help me with a work out that will build me lean muscle and shred fat stores. Due to wife and children I get to workout 2-3 times a week max but cycle to work most days.

Hope someone can give me a workout routine I can stick to and lose the love handles. Are my macros looking ok for my goals?
