Hey everybody!

Soon, I'll visit London and stay there for 2 weeks. Since I've started using this app, I have shed a few pounds already and now I'm a bit scared to re-gain that weight on my trip. So, I wish to ask, which healthy food shops / (super)markets can you recommend? I won't be eating in restaurants on a daily basis, because I don't have enough money for it, so I'm more interested in shops, really.

For example, last time I visited London, I quite often used to eat at Prêt A Manger, but I don't remember how healthy the food there is?

I appreciate your help, cheers!

Nandos does a nice selection of filling salads with chicken. I recommend! Places like zizzi and pizza express do "skinny" pizzas if that's your thing. Well you can choose what you want to eat in Supermarkets so I don't know which to suggest. Good luck

Harvester, the chicken and baked potato is low cals and free salad bar with every meal.
A lot of pizza places do lovely healthy chicken skewers
A lot of restaurants will have super foods salads which are healthy and filling
    Go Japanese and sushi
Wagamama for a pretty healthy chicken ramen with vegetable juice

Leon is a healthy, affordable fast food chain. I would assume healthier than Pret.
