Exercise alone won't make you lose weight. Losing depends on taking in less calories than you expend.
2 lbs per week may be too much to strive for depending on how much you have left to lose. The less you weigh, the less you can expect to lose each week.
You also cannot guarantee a loss each week. And striving for 2lbs will put your deficit far too high most of the time0 -

As stated earlier a calorie deficit is what you need to loose weight so to loose. So 2lbs a week you would need a 7000 deficite a week 3500 cal=1lb. This is not exact science but you get the idea. Which would mean a 1000 calorie deficit a day which can be created by diet and exercise.0

Why such a hurry? You're not doing you're body any good by starving it of nutrients like that. Aim for .5-1lbs a week. Any more and you'll be mostlikely burning lean mass aswell. Whenever I cut I barely try to hit .5lbs a week just so I can still stay as healthy and energetic as possible. And lift weights! Muscle is one of your greatest tools for an enhanced metabolism. If you consistently increase your weights for lifting and do cardio as well, you'll be amazed by the transformation your body makes. As long as you give it the nutrition it needs. I0

As someone said above, you need a 7000 calorie deficit. If you exercise daily, that's 1000/day. If you intend to get the deficit from exercise alone, then you MUST fuel adequately, and include plenty of carbs.
Since you love cardio, the types of exercise that will burn the most calories are cycling, elliptical(high resistance), climbing stairs, hiking a hilly terrain, running, spinning (do lots of standing climbs) etc. Just pick something you enjoy and will stick with.
Depending on how much you weigh, your calorie burn/hr will vary, the heavier you are the higher it may be. At a moderate to high intensity, a safe estimate would be 500/hr, so plan on spending 2 hrs/day doing the above exercises.
You're the only one who can determine what amount of calories will be adequate to fuel your workouts without crashing and also not eat too much to undermine your deficit. It's trial and error. Review your results at the end of the week and reassess and adjust this and that.
