Southwest Salad

So I am a huge fan of "southwest" salads (at restaurants, fast food places, etc.) So I decided to make an at-home version, and I've finally found the perfect combination! I've been LOVING this lately and thought I'd share. I AM AWARE THIS IS NOT "EATING CLEAN" in any way! Of course you could make substitutions or cuts to reduce cals, sodium, etc. (cooked chicken breast instead of the Tyson, eliminate tortilla strips, etc.) but this is what works for me and what I've been enjoying! Very filling and a lot of food, it has been my go-to dinner meal.
