cheat day

MyNo cheat day. I am mindful of days when I know I am going to go over. Say, a family holiday dinner or my birthday or something like that. Its not planned or weekly. I know I'm going over, I enjoy my food, try to exercise a little extra that day and the day after. I think a weekly binge fest is too much.
I was referring more to one day a week where you maybe go out to eat for dinner, not go crazy all day binging. Like, you still excersize and do your same daily routine...weighing your food, etc, but go out to dinner and be aware that you don't want to eat down the restaurant, but it's possible you could go over your calories too...0
