Meals on the go-need help

Hi all
My goal is to lose 20lbs by my birthday in December. I do a lot of driving for work and most of my meals tend to be on the road. I need suggestions for healthy and tasty lunches that I can pack and snack ideas (things that won't go bad seating in the car and don't require heating).

I would love suggestions and support

    Sesame Chicken Noodles is one of my favourite and it's simple and quick to prep. Egg noodles (buy ready cooked if you really want to make it easy, or cook and cool the night before), spring onions, red pepper, mangetout, beans sprouts and chicken (ideal if you have any left overs) mix it all together and sprinkle with sesame seeds. There is a dressing that goes with it but that has peanut butter in it so I just leave that out at the mo.

    That sounds good. Have u tried it cold? Does it still taste good?
