Unusual outcome from exercising?!... maybe tmi...

So have been working out more successfully this time but have been having a strange (or maybe not strange) occurance.
When working out I've either orgasmed or been so aroused after finishing my workout that my concentration is all off for the rest of the day unless it's dealt with.
Not sure if this is normal? I understand the mechanics (increase endorphins and blood flow\pressure) but can't decide if this is a blessing or a curse
Anyone else found this happening too?
Lou

I think that quite a few women experience exercise induced arousal and although orgasm is less common it still occurs for a significant number of women.
It's not particularly strange.0 -
no - but I now want to know what kind of exercise you are doing!0
-
Thank you MSF74. Glad to hear I'm not alone or that it's strange.
Liftin4food I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and extra core work as I have a very large tum with weakened muscles from muscle separation from having two big babies.0 -
It's the core work. It's definitely not unheard of. http://www.livescience.com/19145-exercise-induced-orgasm-sexual-pleasure.html
Just embrace it as an added bonus.0 -

Oh happy day thanks for that link. I can understand better now.
I guess I'll just have to deal with it as an extra boost when my will power is low to workout0 -
Dammit!! Why don't I get this?? I would be exercising three times a day LMAO!0
-
I'm a bit jealous hahah - I bet this would make me like exercising more.0
-
Bret also mentiones this in his book Strong Curves. I've never experienced it myself, but it apparently is not uncommen.0
-
That's literally the only thing that could make me love deadlifts more. Enjoy!0

I believe exercise would be my new boyfriend! Sounds like a sure thing to me. Lose weight and you're extremely satisfied with the outcome LOL I'm very jealous0
-
For once I'm speechless.
And very very jealous.0 -
Um.
Yes, certain ab moves can occasionally make exercise more interesting than others for me.
*cough*0 -
Well, now I know this is not weird at all! I do find myself more aroused, but never while actually working out. I do have to deal with it usually by the end of the day or whenever I can find a few minutes privately or else I find myself going crazy.0
-
I think I would love exercising so much more0
-
Glad to hear I'm not alone! Workout hard guys!0
