New month new challenges

Every 30 days my trainer suggests that we come up with a new set of 30 day goals to either make or break a habit good or bad. It can be anything from nutrition and exercise to career, finance, life changes, etc. We come up with a goal or two, write it down, keep it visible so we can read it daily and use the 30 days to work on making a change.

With that said I thought it would be fun to put it out here.

Since next Tuesday is the 1st of the month I thought I'd ask... what new goals are you going to set for yourself for the month of September and how do plan on crushing those goals? :smile:
