Ive been down for awhile from a lot of things happening in a short time frame. I been acting like I'm not hurt. I play that character well. I dropped off my workout to search for time and attention from others. When I was with people I left myself behind. I put up this cover cause Ive always been told to stop crying I never had the chance to grieve to cry out my feelings I hold them in or when I write in my notes I'm told I'm a depressed person on a daily basis. But it shows that all the little hint that's are out there no one catches on its Just that you can truly be in this world and still no one understands. Family and close friends. Sorry for being this way I have to speak I have so much on me right now that I can cry with just thought in mind does that show the hurt that nothing has be resolved. I have yet to be given the opportunity to cry when I an overwhelmed with enjoy. Sorry

Hi there - i'm sorry you're feeling down. S**t happens and we have to deal with it. Unfortunately, that's the B***h life is and we have to beat that B***h with a bat! Evidently, I can relate to feeling down. Trying to keep a smile on your face when everything is falling apart in the background is hard as F, but there are people out there that are available for you to speak to...physically speak to and also "speak" to like in this forum or privately via messages. Sometimes strangers are easier to talk to than our own loved ones. They may not understand completely, but the empathy is there and knowing that at least 1 person cares about your well-being can make a world of a difference.

Sorry again for you feeling down. I don't know you nor your situation, but I can relate when things are effed up. A good cry is sometimes cathartic. Or a good workout to release that pent up energy of sadness, anger, regret....whatever the hell you're feeling.

Hope you find peace. Feel free to message or add me if you need a person to talk to. We all need a shoulder to lean on at times.

I agree with all this. I get in funks all the time...sometimes it's just easier to talk to "strangers" rather than feel like we are burdening loved ones with our issues. We all have stuff going on and I myself feel guilty for adding to anything they may be dealing with. Crying helps sometimes...gets that emotional build up out of your system. Go cry in the shower. I did this the other night and amazingly it felt great to just get it out. Sending hugs your way.

And don't be sorry. We are all human. We all have valid feelings.
