Hi! New to the app with some questions

Just started using this app today hoping to lose 30 lbs before my wedding, July 9, 2016. I've been wanting to lose this weight, with very little success, for a long time. My wedding had become the newest inspiration, and it seems to work with everyone I see on Facebook losing wedding weight. Let's hope this time around I'll have some success!

Is there a way to save favorite foods on here, that I can easily access to add every day? (My morning cup of tea or coffee, for example).

Also, what are your favorite features of this app? I'm hoping to get good use out of it. If there's a friend or buddy option, please feel free to add me. I don't know how to do that yet, still figuring out the interface. Thanks!
