How has weightloss affected your professional life?

I run my own business which means I sit behind a desk too much. Since I've become more disciplined in the eating and motion departments I'm finding my screen time decreasing. This has gotten me to think about taking this full time. Start looking for careers more away from a screen than in front of it. Was curious if anyone has switched careers or positions in careers due to the positive affects of your health and wellness lifestyle.

I have not switched though I think about occasionally. Having a desk job definitely makes things more challenging. But the money and benefits my current job provides keep me here at this desk. I have been working more exercise into my day, which makes me a little um, less fresh, so to speak, at the office.

I'm a preschool teacher and have 3.5 hrs with the kiddos. I'm more interactive with them and love to run and play outside now were I used to just observed before. I spend another 3.5 hrs at my desk entering in observations and writing lesson plans so now I get up every hour or so and walk around the build or block, talking 5-15 minutes. Never did that before. McDonald's is a half mile away and I love unsweetened tea so if I want one I walk to go get it. It just makes me more conscious of getting up and moving.
