    Successes/struggles this week: Fit in lots of good workouts, including a jog which I haven't done in ten years and it showed! Spent time with friends and on dates all weekend which included liquor and food. I managed to stay under my calorie goal everyday but it was not easy.

    Have you tried lower cal version of food you like? (without cutting the food out of your diet)... Just a tiny little bit less of one ingredient for exemple if you are cooking?

    Mom came back from Victoria. Cookies and snack crackers are left on counter. Ate too much of them.

    I went to Disney this past weekend and ate way to much! Hopefully it's just bloating from all the sodium. IM SURE the turkey leg and dinner I had at Raglan Road was loaded with sodium!

    I went hiking 15 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and I feel fantastically sore today. At the same time, I ate back almost all the “bonus” calories all that exercise gave me, and I didn’t manage to lose that pound this week. This week is off to a good start, hopefully I can make up the lost time before my check-in next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: I had actually lost 7 lbs by Saturday, but gained 4 lbs back over the weekend. However I have already lost 1 of those lbs because I got right back on track after cheating on Saturday. :-)
