Successes/struggles this week: Fit in lots of good workouts, including a jog which I haven't done in ten years and it showed! Spent time with friends and on dates all weekend which included liquor and food. I managed to stay under my calorie goal everyday but it was not easy.0 -

Have you tried lower cal version of food you like? (without cutting the food out of your diet)... Just a tiny little bit less of one ingredient for exemple if you are cooking?0 -

I went hiking 15 miles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and I feel fantastically sore today. At the same time, I ate back almost all the “bonus” calories all that exercise gave me, and I didn’t manage to lose that pound this week. This week is off to a good start, hopefully I can make up the lost time before my check-in next week!0 -
