Hi. I sometimes eat soy bean paste with chicken breast, and I was wondering about its sodium under nutrition fact.
It has 820 mg of sodium per 30g(serving size). If I take it down to eating about 15g, does that mean the sodium amount is also reduced by half? Might sound stupid for some, but I don't really know.

Also, is carbohydrate bad necessarily? Things that include carbohydrate from my regular eating includes 130g of cooked brown rice everyday, 2 boiled eggs everyday (dinner), and about 5grams from the soy bean paste.

My main purpose is losing weight. I eat all necessary nutrition everyday, never skip meals, and I do regular exercises.

If the information label says so much per servings and you cut the serving in half then, yes, all the information would get cut in half.
