hmmmm? what do u think guys? Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-big-breakfast-diet ....i surely did ate a lot of breakfast today time for zumbaaaaa :laugh:

I agree. I also try to meet my Macronutrients daily goals ( Proteins 40%, Complex Carbs 30% and Healthy Fats 30%).
I follow my ( TDEE-20%) daily deficit calorie goal.
