NSV! New OHP goal

Hit a new PR today..kinda..lol we were doing over head presses this morning, and usually I stall at about 85lbs, even with a little thrust help. But this time I was able to up the weight to 95lbs to get 1 set of 5 in, will work on controlling the weight more. ![:/ :/](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)
But in this video the above is 75lbs for 10 and the bottom is 95lbs for 5..#progress

yeah, I addressed it. Something to work on. I was more stoked on even being able to get it over my head, normally the weight stalls even with a thrust; it's something I am for sure taking note of and will work on.0

The top of the video is the standard over head press at 75lbs, the bottom one with the 95lbs is the Push/Press I guess, I didn't know it had a different name. lol0
