Which calorie burn to go with?

I just finished a 30 minute workout on my spin bike. My HRM (w/ chest strap) said I burned 310 calories during this time. However my bike's calorie tracker only logged 108.

Which one is correct?

    HRM is probably closest for spinning. You could split the difference just to be on the conservative side.

    Be happy with the workout and never mind logging it
