i just started since I want to lose maybe 10-15 pounds since I am slightly overweight and I want to be able to walk in public without sucking in my stomach out of embarrassment I also have gotten to C25K app as well as another workout app I hope to reach my goal! Is there any food tips that you can give me? Like how to stop cravings and food that helps you lose weight? And also if you have any best exercise tips? Thanks :)
