Protein nutrition daily

why is the Daily Goal for Protein so low in My Fitness Pal nutrition recommendations? I have a protein shake for breakfast, protein and salad or begs for lunch and dinner. My protein is always way over and carbs are always way low.

    My protein goal is 14% and carbs at 31% per My Fitness Pal app

    You can change it yourself in your settings to whatever you like. The default setting is not high-protein so many people do choose to change it to whatever fits their goals better.

    You can change it if you want, but most people don't really need that much protein. The MFP requirements are more than enough for most people. I never meet them, and I still feel great.

    Maybe use one of the online macro calculators to see what it suggests you need and set mfp to match.
